Introduction.
Long-term goals vary widely among individuals and can include career achievements, personal development, financial stability, health and wellness, relationships, and making a positive impact on the world.
- What the goal is.
Here I am going to talk about my long-term goal to travel the world. In my childhood I had a dream to travel to different places and explore various destinations across the world. The world is full of wonders and I am a great admirer of art, culture, historical places and mountains and beaches.
- How long have you had this goal?
I had this goal right from my childhood when I watched programs of different countries. I wonder if one day I will visit these places and experience them. I always watched videos of travel bloggers who explore the world and provide valuable information regarding places they visit.
- How you would achieve it.
Currently I am a working professional and I have limited time and money to travel the world. Once I achieve enough financial stability I will pursue my dream to travel the world. I will make a detailed plan for visiting different places I will plan my trips after doing detailed research about the places I am going to visit and gather information regarding all the travel requirements and permissions from the respective authorities.
- And explain why you set this goal.
I want to become a travel blogger and to achieve my dream blogging is the best career as I will get the opportunity to explore places and while traveling I will start my blogging career today. This area offers great opportunities for people who provide real-time information regarding different places. Many travel companies offer perks and insensitives to review destinations which will be a great source of income while traveling. So this is my long-term goal which I have set for my upcoming future.

With each step towards our long-term goals, we sculpt a legacy of resilience, growth, and fulfillment, weaving the threads of our passions into the fabric of our lives.

- What the goal is?
My long-term ambition centers around serving my country as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. Since my formative years, I have been deeply inspired by the noble ideals of public service and the potential to effect positive change at the grassroots level.

- How long have you had this goal?
This aspiration has been ingrained in me since childhood, fueled by a sense of duty and a desire to contribute meaningfully to society. I have always admired the dedication and integrity exhibited by civil servants in their efforts to address pressing issues and uplift marginalized communities.

-How would you achieve it?
While the journey towards becoming an IAS officer is arduous and demanding, requiring rigorous preparation and unwavering commitment, I am undeterred in my pursuit. I have dedicated myself to academic excellence, honing my knowledge and skills in various disciplines, from governance and public administration to current affairs and social justice. In addition to academic preparation, I am actively engaged in community service and volunteer initiatives, seeking to gain firsthand experience in addressing the challenges faced by underserved populations. Additionally, many individuals in this age group strive to make a positive impact on their communities or contribute to causes they care about, setting the stage for a fulfilling and purposeful life journey.

4. Is it necessary to give advice to children?
Providing guidance and advice to children is essential for their growth, development, and well-being. As young individuals navigate the complexities of life and encounter new challenges, they benefit greatly from the wisdom, support, and perspective of adults. Advice helps children learn valuable life skills, make informed decisions, navigate social interactions, develop resilience, and cultivate a strong sense of self. It also fosters trust, communication, and a nurturing relationship between children and caregivers, laying a foundation for their future success and happiness.

5. What goals do young people usually have?
Offering guidance to children is vital for their development and well-being, while common goals among young people include education, career advancement, personal growth, and contributing positively to society.

6. What should people do to achieve their goals?
To achieve their goals, people should first define clear objectives, create actionable plans, stay focused and resilient in the face of challenges, seek support and resources when needed, and consistently take steps towards their desired outcomes. Additionally, maintaining a positive mindset, adaptability, and perseverance are essential traits for success.

7. Should parents set goals for children?
Absolutely yes, parents should set goals for children as they are not mature enough to take important decisions. They do not have experience of life regarding what is good for them. Parents know what is good for them and which direction leads them towards success. So at the initial stage parents should set goals for children. 
8. When do young children start to set goals for themselves?
Children start setting goals when they identify their area of interest and they know where they see themselves in the near future. Children start setting goals when they enter highschool and universities they choose a career or business for their better future.
9. What kinds of goals are not realistic?
Goals which are impossible to achieve and have nothing to do with the reality of a person and their capabilities are totally unrealistic. For example, becoming a millionaire, winning the lottery are not realistic goals.
10. Why do people set goals?
People set goals to achieve success and keep their efforts on track. By setting goals one can keep themselves focused and divert energy in the right direction. Goals also keep individuals motivated to achieve goals. People do time management, practice and hard work which results in phenomenal success. 
11. What would you feel if you couldn’t achieve your goals?
In the beginning I would feel a bit low for the loss but after doing introspection I will go back to the drawing board, correct myself and achieve success. I see failure as part of success in the initial stage. It's quite accepted.
