Here I am going to talk about a businessman called Ratan Tata.
I have known him since my childhood. I have read about him on various platforms. I admire him because of his charity work and leadership skills. He is known to everyone in India. Many children like me admire him and follow him. He has been my role model since childhood.Every Indian is proud of Ratan Tata; he calls himself an industrialist. With clear policy people of India have faith in them and all credit goes to Sir Ratan Tata. He provides employment to a number of people and all his employees are happy working with him,perks, bonus, career prospects and progression is good in his companys the Job satisfaction is on pinnacle when you work with Tata.
- What business he/she does.
The tata group works in many areas producing chemicals, hotels,steel, information and technology, automobile, telecommunication and many more. He is the chairman of the whole Tata group and his vision and devotion to business has made every business successful in my country.
- And explain why he/she is successful
Sir Ratan Tata is the definition of a successful businessman. When he starts a business he puts the country first and delivers the best products to our countrymen through his charity work and polite nature in difficult situations. He helped the country in full swing and he has proven his metal in the corona pandemic by providing funds, oxigen and many other things.

Introduction.Running a successful business is really a tough job; it requires hard work, dedication,and management skills. People with interest in product understanding of the market and good communication skills become successful in business.
- Who this person is.
Here I am going to talk about Me. Shah, who is a popular businessman in my town, and his sons run multiple businesses in the city and they have been doing all this for four generations. Mr Shah is known for his polite nature and handling customers. They own a huge supermarket in my town.
- How you knew him/her.
I have known him since my childhood and we go to his mall to shop every now and then. When the shop was a small place he used to sit at the main table and handle the accounts. Today his business has grown leaps and bounds. He is more engaged in other businesses today. We are family friends so I met him at family gatherings.
- What business he/she does.
Mr. Shah owns multiple businesses in my city. He owns a huge mall, an automobile showroom, where he sells two wheeler vehicles and he is also a builder. His construction business is also becoming popular; he builds commercial property and residential apartments.
- And explain why he/she is successful.
Mr. Shah is really a Jem of a person with a charming personality. His understanding of the Market is so perfect that he never fails in making a decision. Today his Sons also help him in handling family business who are well qualified and masters in their field. Mr. Shah is successful just because of trust and commitment towards his customers. When he does business he ensures excellent quality of products and services to his customer and his Customer first attitude makes him the most successful business man in the town.

There are many factors that lead to success. The first one is determination and goal in one's mind. Those who have a target and they schedule their time and energy in the right direction achieve success in the shortest time.
2. What do people need to sacrifice for success?
People need to sacrifice a lot of things, all the pleasures and comforts of life. They really need to work hard and smart in the right direction. They also need to stay motivated and not get distracted by anything. Those who set high goals need to escape minor celebrations and festivals also to achieve their dreams.
3. Which is more likely to be successful, family businesses or large corporations?
Both have equal possibility of success. It depends on what kind of approach is applied to get success with organization and proper management. Both have high potential to become successful in family business. There is experience of generations and with cooperation there is technology and knowledge and expertise of experts so both have bright futures.
4. Is it easy for a business to be successful without affecting the environment?
Yes it's absolutely possible to become successful without affecting the environment as there are many alternative ways like using natural energy and recycling more in the manufacturing process. This can save the environment a lot.
5. Can you provide some examples of family businesses in your country?
In my country every family runs at least one business and especially in my state Gujarat we breathe and sweat business. It runs in our veins. The Tatas, Reliance, Mahendra,and Godrej,Bajaj, Birla are some examples of families that have achieved phenomenal success in the business world.
6. What qualities should be considered when recruiting employees?
There are many qualities required for morden jobs. Whatever specific quality is needed for the job should be the priority in the recruitment process. Other skills are also needed but they are secondary. Leadership, communication and cooperation are also required skills.
7. What kinds of businesses are popular in your country.
In my country there are many businesses which are popular like petrochemical, pharmaceutical industry, automobile, telecom, software and many more. India produces many goods on a huge scale for the world.
8. If you had the opportunity, what kind of business would you like to do
If I had the opportunity i would definitely try something related to artificial intelligence as it is growing in popularity and with minimum resources one can achieve success so it's my area of interest to do my future business.
9. What age do people want to retire in your country?
In my country people retire formally in their sixties but in some cases extension is given and their services are continued for a long time in the public sector. In private corporations there is no age for retirement; people work according to their choices.
10. Would young people in your country like to open up their own business or find a job?
Young people in my country first like to gain hands-on experience and acquire required skills for a short time, then after gaining knowledge and skills they open a business.
11. Would you want people to do online business or run a company in real life?
Both are viable option depends on what the product is if the product I'd not physical then online is a good place to deliver as it can reach the whole world and if it's physical then online can help but real store is required to touch and feel the products.
