Here I am going to talk about a commercial Advertisement of a car and I was just impressed by watching it. This advertisement I saw when I was watching kaun banega crorepati , a popular television program hosted by the legend of Bollywood, Amitabh bachchan. It was about Mahendra Thar. I am a car lover and when I see my favorite cars I just keep staring at it.
- What it shows.
This advertisement showed the new look of the SUV. It was recently updated by the company and the advertisement was describing the new added features and its absolute stunning looks. A popular celebrity was driving it in the rough terrain and showing how it performs on off roads. The new facelift of this car is more attractive than the previous one and had more function which I was expecting in this car.
- Why do you think it is useful?
There are plenty of off roading cars in the market but to buy an Thar is like a status. And it adds strength to a personality. This advertisement is useful as it describes all new changes made to upgrade and one can understand how to operate in different terrains. It's like a user manual to the buyer. By watching this advertisement one can drive the car in full swing.
- And explain how you feel about it.
I felt joyful as I am planning to buy this car. I already have the old Thar and was waiting for the launch. I wanted more features and the new one was fully loaded with modern technology and amazing features. The cost is also competitive to other foreign vehicles so I definitely felt good about my choice of this car.

Advertisements are extremely important in morden business. A good advertisement introduces the product to customers and it helps to scale business. Today a lot of things are kept in mind when an advertisement is made. A good advertisement grabs the attention of potential buyers and delivers the message. Commercial advertising is for selling products but social advertising is to make people aware regarding important issues.

Here I am going to talk about an advertisement the government made during the pandemic and it reached the whole country. It was made in all formats audio and videos, as well as print. People saw this advertisement in all major media platforms.
- What it shows.
This advertisement shows how important a mask is and how to stay away from viruses.Taking precautions is always better than treatment. It also makes people aware how to prevent this highly contagious disease.
- Why you think it is useful.
This advertisement is extremely useful in making people aware that a small mistake can lead to infection and the whole family can catch a virus so by this advertisement the government shows the preventive steps.
- And explain how you feel about it.
I feel so good that celebrities from sports and movies came together for a good cause and took the initiative to spread awareness. When such popular people come together the message spreads to the grassroot level and by making such an advertisement the government runs the biggest campaign for vaccination and prevention in the whole world so I liked this social advertisement.

Absolutely yes, today the market understands the value of advertisement and they want to cater to a larger audience so they do advertisements on each and every platform.

Some advertisement are totally illogical and offensive they promote nudity and offensive language and just to get the attention they use nonsense music and high beats which annoys the people.

Yes people are in need of something every time and they watch advertisements when they play to buy those things they recall benefits explained in advertisements so they keep these things in mind and buy products.
9. Is music useful in advertising?
Absolutely it is very interesting. It makes the advertisement interesting and if the content is good music makes the advertisement more engaging and people love such ads.
10. What are the advantages of TV advertisements? How about internet advertisements?
Advertisements on television and internet are the same. They use Audio and visual content but on television the audience is quite limited and on the internet there is much scope to reach potential buyers. People use the Internet more compared to television. Other important things are that television advertisements are quite long in content and ads on the internet are short.
11. Where usually do we see adverts?
We watch advertisements everywhere on social media, websites, television, newspaper and radio. We also watch advertisements while driving. There are plenty of advertisements in public places. Wherever there is a crowd, advertisements are placed to get customers.
12. Are there any advertisements at school?
Yes there are some advertisements in school that are related to students and education. Some social advertisements related to awareness are also placed in schools. School authorities don't allow advertisements which promote wrong things.
13. Are there some inappropriate adverts, like that of a condom?
Absolutely yes these ads promote sexual content and false information. To sell products like this advertisers use manipulative content.
14. Why does the government allow such ads?
Everyone has the right to do business in the free market and if there is a demand for a product there is a business and a business has all the rights to expand so it's a free will to advertise. Government only bans or controls those products which are not allowed legally.
15. Do you think it is bad for children?
Yes some advertisements have negative influence as they should have wrong content and children can not differentiate between right and wrong so these ads are bad for them.
16. Do parents complain about it?
Parents do complain regarding those who do this have some legal rights so nothing happens to them. Parents can only distance their children from such content.
