Introduction.

Difficulty and challenges are something that can make you or break you. The one who accepts hardships becomes the shining knight and those who step back are lost in the crowd. So whenever I find a challenge I believe there is an opportunity to strengthen ourselves.

- What the task was.

Here I am going to talk about my experience in the workplace. Our company was going to make a huge deal with a very important international client and we all were working very hard to crack the deal. My boss suddenly called me and told me to do a detailed presentation of our project and this was a last minute call which I was totally unaware of.

- How you completed it.

So when I got this task I just put myself together and started working on it. I started doing elaborate research and using the latest technology I made my presentation. On the day of a client meeting. I was in full swing and discussed every minute details of our vision and preparation of our company. At the end I delivered a good presentation and everyone was happy we got out of the project.

- Why the task was difficult.

Definitely yes it was very difficult as it was not my area of experience but I had good presentation skills and communication skills so my boss was quite confident so he made this last minute decision and put me into this important task.

- Why you were proud of the completion of the task.

I am proud of myself as I never step back from any thing that comes in my way. I just try to do it with my best knowledge and experience. I pay full attention to avoid minute mistakes. This also makes me a productive asset to my company.

Introduction.

Difficulties are part of social and academic life. A person goes through many challenges before becoming a personality. Students in their school participate in many academic and extracurricular activities in which they face challenges but they face these challenges with the motivation of parents,teachers and friends.

- What the task was.

Here I am going to talk about a difficult challenge I faced in my school days. I had to give a speech on the environment and being an introvert kind of nature, this was quite difficult for me.

- How you completed it.

It was like a compulsory task given by our class teacher. We all had to participate in at least one extracurricular activity as a part of overall development. My teacher assigned me this task. I researched excellent content from the internet and wrote an excellent speech. My teacher,and parents guided me whenever I made a mistake or improvement was needed.

- Why the task was difficult.

The writing part was completed and the final speech was ready I practiced in front of my friends and teachers multiple times. In the day of final speech my legs were shaking and voice was trembling in the beginning when I saw a huge audience but with the motivation of my father and friends I gave an outstanding performance everybody was engrossed and curiosity listening to me. In the beginning it was little difficult when I continued then I started feeling confident about my self and my content. My fellow students were so interested.

- Why you were proud of the completion of the task.

I was proud that I completed an impossible task for my self. I was not a guy who speaks confidentiality in public before the speech but after the completion I felt change in my self and I became confident I also won the first prize. This made me proud of my self.

1. What are the things that make people feel proud?

People feel proud when they achieve something significant and others appreciate their efforts. People also feel proud when their work is recognised and they get rewarded in return. This makes people proud.

2. Do people often feel proud of themselves when they complete a difficult task?

Definitely yes it is like a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment when one completes a difficult task they become more confident and they believe more in themselves this also gives them confidence to work hard and stay motivated so they feel proud when they complete a challenging task. By doing such tasks they even set an example for their peers.

3. What challenges do young people face today?

Today young people face many challenges and the first one is cut throat competition from their peers. Young people need motivation to stay dedicated towards their goal. There are many other challenges like lack of confidence and leadership skills that make youngsters stay a step behind. Those who master these skills of coordination, cooperation and communication become successful and achieve their goals.

4. How do young people handle difficult or challenging tasks?

Young people admire successful people and follow their path of success. They read stories of their role models which gives them motivation to stay dedicated to work and this pushes them to complete difficult challenges. They also seek guidance from elders, teachers and friends who are well experienced in their field. Their guidance shows them a path towards success.

5. What kinds of rewards do people receive from work?

People receive various kinds of rewards at work when they perform. Some rewards are in the form of perks, others are financial rewards like incentive and commission from work they have done.

6. What are the most difficult jobs that people do?

All the jobs are difficult in the beginning when one is not experienced enough and qualified. But the jobs of police, doctor, firefighters, ambulance driver are more challenging as they have to face challenges on every step they literally face life threatening situations while doing their jobs.
