Introduction.

Planning is very important to make best use of time. And daily practice of several activities makes a person mentally and physically fit. Student's sports persons,and businessmen follow a strict regime to obtain success. Work-life balance is the most important thing in modern world 

- What it is

Here I am going to talk about a daily routine that I never forget to skip: my morning walk,going to gym and meeting my friends. These three activities keep me fit mentally and physically so I never give a skip to these activities. Until and unless I am under the weather.

- Where and when you do it.

We have a huge park in my town and everybody comes here to do outdoor activities. It is a place where I feel in the lap of nature as it is covered with lots of trees. Old people come here for walks and yoga exercises. The walking track is newly constructed as it's very comfortable to walk here. I meet my friends here as we play games together and do exercise daily early in the morning.

- Who do you do it with.

I do all these activities alone but in the park many morning walkers give me company. On weekends I play games here with my friends. In the gym normally I do my exercise by myself. My trainer sometimes joins me for a small chat on health.

- Explain why you enjoy it.

I am a health conscious person and i believe in maintaining a perfect balance between physical and mental health so along with exercise I eat a balanced diet, socialize with my friends this routine keeps pink in health.

Introduction.

A good daily routine is the best example of time management awareness,and active lifestyle. People who do activities on time and maintain their regime attain success in their desired time. Waking up early, a balanced diet, Exercise and prayer are part of my daily routine. Missing one of them makes me feel incomplete.

- What is it?

Here I am going to talk about my morning Meditation and Prayers that I will never forget and maintain as a daily routine from the last couple of years. I have started doing this and I have noticed many changes in my decision making and mental health. 

- Where and when you do it?

I do these activities in a Shiva temple which is walking distance from my place. Many religious and spiritual people come here to offer their prayers and there is a garden which is so peaceful in the morning. Everyone comes here for yoga and meditation. I daily visit this temple for my morning prayers and sit in the garden for meditation. This activity keeps me alert and active the whole day.

- Who do you do it with?

My friend and I do this together as we are Neighbours and we are spiritual and so much active in our social group. We started this activity a couple of years ago and it has now become a routine. We have made many friends with similar interests who share knowledge and experience every week in get-togethers in the park.

- Explain why you enjoy it?

I enjoy it a lot as I wake up early and I get some extra time to work. Doing these activities keeps me calm the whole day and I can deal with my clients with a smile on my face. Doing this gives an inner glow to our body which reflects on our face.

Introduction.

Daily routine is something that you never want to escape as you like it and sometimes you don't want to give it a miss. Normally it can be exercise, playing a game or spiritual or religious activities. Performing on a daily basis can give you many benefits mentally and physically. Some people follow their daily routine religiously.

- What it is.

Here I am going to talk about an activity I do on a regular basis and I will never forget it. I have a huge garden in my backyard and I have grown so many plants, flowers and vegetables. It is my hobby to do gardening and I personally take care of my plants as they are my own family members.

- Where and when you do it.

This is a daily activity and I do it on a regular basis which includes watering all the plants, removing the weeds, and cleaning the whole area. Every month I also trim my plants and give them a good shape. I do this activity daily in the morning and sometimes in the evening according to my schedule I plan my day and finish my daily chores.

- Who do you do it with?- Explain why you enjoy it

I do these activities myself and my parents always help me whenever I need their assistance. In Fact I learnt this activity from my father who knows gardening verywell. We also had a huge garden at my grandparents place. They all loved taking care of plants and had fresh fruits from their own garden. So for me it is something I received in heritage so I enjoy it a lot.

Definitely yes, children should learn about routines as they become good in time management and organization. By learning about routines they give importance to various activities which can lead them to punctuality and make them successful in further life.

2. What are the advantages of children having a routine at school?

The advantages are they do not miss any activity in academics and sports. In academic life paying attention to physical and mental health is important. If children become lazy in childhood the young age becomes a challenge to learn things. It also makes them lazy.

3. Does having a routine make kids feel more secure at school?

Absolutely yes children with good routines are physically fit and they are leading in academics. This makes them more secure and confident.

4. How do people’s routines differ on weekdays and weekends?

Weekends are meant for relaxation and leisure activities. On weekdays they have to pay attention to school curriculum and sports. Children love weekends as they get the opportunity to play more, go on picnics and spend time watching television so they like weekends more than weekdays.

5. What daily routines people have at home?

People have different routines regarding work, exercise, family time, socializing with Neighbours and managing the household chores. This routine is divided according to time and everybody follows their regime for self development.

6. What are the differences in people’s daily routines now and 15 years ago?

In the past people were more active physically in work related to household chores and agriculture as it was their priority. Today people do corporate jobs and they have many resources so physical activity is reduced and mental stress is surging in morden people.
