Work is essential for everybody to fulfill daily needs. One needs to work in order to progress in a career and be an asset in community and society. Gender doesn't matter in today's world where men and women wauk shoulder to shoulder and share life equally. I completely support the statement and will provide essential arguments. 

On the one hand, today when there is no gender discrimination and in almost all areas we find both men and women equally contributing. The community needs both to stay together and support each other in whatever way possible. Moreover, when it comes to running a household there should be equal support and the work should be divided. For Instance, if the man of the house can cook well he should never hesitate to cook and women should support in other ways.

On the other hand, women should also take responsibility equally when they are doing good. They can help others in maintaining normal household chores and make a beautiful living. A wonderful family always helps each other no matter what comes they stand together and celebrate life holding hands. Working full-time can be no problem when work is divided with proper understanding. In some cases help from outside can be taken if necessary to reduce the burden of work. If all tasks are properly monitored then household is absolutely not the matter to worry about.

To sum up, in this age of equality men and women are just a gender nothing more than that. Both work together to make a happy family.
