Overspending is common nowadays and many people spend more than the real price. Due to lack of awareness and knowledge. Sometimes demand for products is also responsible for the price hike.
Main Answer Here I am going to speak about a power bank where I spend more than expected.
- What it isI bought a power bank from a local company recently. I travel very often so I need to charge my cellphone while travelling.
- How much did you spend on it - Why you bought it
It helps me to stay connected with my peers and my company. I paid 2000 rs at the local Shop.One of my friend who has the same Power Bank saw this and asked me the price and told me to check the actual price on the internet. It was available at half price.
And explain why you think you spent more than expected.
I felt bad about my decision to buy it from the local Shop. I could have saved nearly 1000 if I bought it online. So, this was the item where I spent more than expected price.

1. Do you often buy more than you expected?
Yes sometimes I buy things that I don't even need and I'm not even expecting them This is just because of when there are schemes out there offers on festivals at the time I cannot control myself to buy these things and I feel that I get benefit of buying all these things but it is not like that I have realized it is all about advertising and marketing so this makes me buy things which I have not even expected.
2. What do you think young people spend most of their money on?
Most of the people today spend their money on electronic equipments gadgets and clothes fashion accessories and food these are some things that today's youth really needs every minute updated and the latest one so they spend majority of their money on this like especially on clothes and fashion accessories Today we see a lot of foods are available from the world in any country so people are trying out foods of different culture so I can say food is also one thing where people are spending a lot of money.
3. Do you think it is important to save money? Why?
Absolutely yes saving money is very much important it can help you in a rainy day or a difficult situation we should always save money and teach our children and our friends siblings the importance of money if it is used wisely it can be helpful to us to the society to the neighborhood and to the coming difficulty it can be a weapon to heal or to fight with so yes I think saving money is very much important.
4. Do people buy things that they don’t need?
Yes people buy a lot of things that they don't need This is because of over advertising advertising really affects the buying behavior of people and because of this they buy products their role models are endorsing products and because of their role models they simply buy the products sometimes offers and sale are also attract customers to buy the product they think that they are getting a cheap deal or a better deal to for a product but in fact they are a target of advertising This makes them buy things that they don't even need.
