I was already on time from my home but due to election and vip movements in the city there were too many diversion so this created lot of traffic on my route and I was stuck for nearly an hour.

I did nothing but wait and tried to call my friends and get information about alternate routes and one of my friends helped guide me with an alternative way to the exam centre. I got irritated and then I started to listen music and I tried to keep my mind stress free so I can sit fresh in the exam and give my best.

It was a very irritating experience. Everybody was just honking and making unnecessary noise and some vehicles were emitting bad smoke which made breathing difficult for 10 minutes. Thankfully a police officer came and managed the traffic and everyone felt a sense of relief.
MODEL ANSWER 2
Describe a time when you were stuck in a traffic jam.
Introduction.
Traffic jams are very annoying everywhere in the world. Today an increasing number of private vehicles and less traffic management ends in traffic jams. Especially in developing countries such situations are seen. Sometimes due to accidents, very good traffic management also breaks down and people get stuck.
Main Answer.
Here I am going to talk about a time when I was stuck in a traffic jam.
- When and where it happened
This happened in my hometown last weekend. I went shopping in the old city and I found very useful things there at a reasonable rate. The old city is full of local vendors and buyers. The streets are narrow so traffic jams happen there due to bottleneck streets. Traffic conjunction is not avoidable here.
- How long you were in the traffic jam
As I finished my shopping for necessary things for the upcoming festival I was returning home and there was a long que of vehicles and I got stuck. There were two wheelers and one car crashed in the middle of the street. I was there for more than half an hour.
- What you did while waiting
I could not do anything important on my two wheelers so I checked my phone and informed my parents about the situation. My father showed me an alternative way to get out of that bottleneck area. The route was a little long but without traffic. I immediately took this way and came out of this situation.
- And explain how you felt when you were in that traffic jam.
I felt disgusted and irritated in the middle of traffic. All the two wheelers were making annoying sounds and exhausting fumes and bad emissions. The air was not breathable. I thanked God that my father showed me a another way otherwise I was going to be there for couple of hours which was unbearable

Yes definitely it is a common scene in Indian metro cities and at peak hours in any city of India one would find too many vehicles on the road. 3. What can be done to improve traffic conditions in cities?
Proper Traffic management can be done in order to improve the traffic situation and people should be encouraged to use more public transport in order to reduce vehicles on the road. This will save the environment and help the city become healthy economically and pollution free. Furthermore, people who break traffic rules should be banned or fined heavily so they don't cause any nuisance on the road.
4. Can developing public transport help resolve traffic issues in cities?
Absolutely yes. It is the one and only solution in the current time the government can take steps to make the public aware of public transport which is safe and secure.
