Working with family members can give us real-life experience and make us expert in all ways. They know our strengths and weaknesses so family members can motivate us whenever it is needed. They can encourage us to go beyond limits and do experiments at work. Which is not possible professionally. In other places we have to follow rules and behave according to the rules and regulations of company.

Here I am going to talk about my father with whom I would like to work.
- Who the person is.
We have a family business and my father is the key person who runs it. Being a successful business man he knows everything about business dealings. We can say he knows business inside-out.
- Have you ever worked with the person before?
No, I used to accompany him during my school vacation but I was never involved in business seriously. He always insisted on completing my education and then joining business. Same thing my grandfather told my father when he joined our business.
- What kinds of work you would like to do with the person.
I would like to get involved in marketing and advertising of our business as it is a well-known company it is popular in our area and city. I want to make it multinational and delever our proudcts all over the country. This needs proper understanding of marketing strategy and advertising. I will travel all the states and understand the current market and then if nessary I will make changes in our products so We can expand every corner of our country.
- And explain how you will feel if you can finally work together.
I would feel glad working with my father as he has in-depth knowledge of different proudcts. He knows key factors of quality and production. His experience in business will make me a better business person and help me in understand costomer beheviour and client servicing.

Here I am going to talk about my brother with whom I would like to work.
- Who the person is.
My elder brother's name is Raghav Sharma and he works in event management which is a very interesting business. He started this business after completing his education from the United States of America and today he is the CEO of the company.
- Have you ever worked with the person before?
Yes, in my vacation I used to visit his sites where the events were going to take place. He has taught me how to deal with local vendors and the client. He has awesome management skills and even on a small budget he has organised weddings for people. I used to assist him in my college days whenever there was a big event. I got the opportunity to travel the whole country with him.
- What kinds of work you would like to do with the person.
I would like to work on the management aspect as my brother is a master at it. He has excellent interpersonal skills and I want to learn these skills. He manages time, finance,human resources,in such a beautiful way that all the events he organised were superhit. Today he is a legend in my state so I would definitely like to work with him.
- And explain how you will feel if you can finally work together.
It will be my dream come true today. Raghav is the top event manager. I would learn a lot from him. He pays me good money which will be helpful in my further education. And I get the opportunity to make contacts with celebrities visiting my city. So working with him will be the biggest achievement of my life as I am also interested in Event management.

Definitely yes when we work with our family members we feel convenient and comfortable. They motivate us in difficult situations and help us go ahead in work. In India there are a variety of family businesses. The first business is agriculture and animal husbandry. Other than that people have business in textile,steel,cotton mills, production,and import and export. Indians are business people by birth, business runs in their veins.
3. Why do people like to set up a family business?
People who want to make their own identity and progress they prefer to start their own business. People with good leadership and communication skills also set up family businesses. By opening a business within the family everyone gets employment and the overall development of everybody happens.
4. What are the advantages and disadvantages of a family business?
The advantage is one can work in a comfort zone and take decisions openly. And disadvantage is you can not take individual decision everybody is involved and their opinions matter at certain level
5. What are the causes for the success of a family business?
Motivation from elders and understanding of the market from generations. Help family business run smoothly and people in the family have good knowledge of products and customer behaviour. They provide essential guidance whenever it is needed. Family members live together so they can discuss business any time and work from home so the chances of success are greater with family.
6. How is the relation among members of a family business?
The relationship between family members is always respectful and they admire each other and hold hands of their weak members of the family. They motivate others in family business. Family members want everybody to be good in business as the business belongs to all of them.
