Introduction.

People commit crimes in aggression and lack of awareness then they feel guilty for committing an offense. Everybody who is an offender is either penalized or sent to prison. Some teenagers are involved in such delinquency and they learn important lessons when they are punished.

Here I am going to talk about a crime I committed.

When was it? What crime was it?

It was my last day of college and we friends decided to go on a long trip and I was driving my car over the speed limit. I was so thrilled that I did not follow the traffic rules and broke two traffic signals.

And the music was so loud in the car that we could barely hear each other. The police officer noticed our bad behaviour and stopped my car and penalized me for breaking the signal and charged me for overspeed.

Why did you get involved?

I was so excited to finish my college and was totally in the heat of the movement. I did not care about the traffic rules. And my friends were also in a festive mood so nobody warned me about my traffic behaviour. The police officer was a kind person so he understood I did this in heat of the movement so he gave me a ticket and warning not to drive over the speed limit and I promised him I will never repeat this behaviour again in my life so he let us go after explaining the circumstances that can occur if I hurt someone in the road

How did you feel?

I felt ashamed of my rude and mischievous behavior. My parents also scolded me for doing so. My grandfather did not talk to me for a whole week. This made me so uncomfortable in my own home. From that day till today I became a law abiding person and always follow traffic rules as they are made for the safety and security of fellow citizens.
