Describe an activity you do to keep fit.

Introduction.

Walking is the best exercise one can do. It is suitable for every age group. After a tight work schedule and long lectures coming home needs rest. And we do plenty of activities like watching television,playing outdoor and indoor games, listening to music and many more. Children love to play outdoor and indoor games. While working professionals prefer to relax, go for a walk or listen to music.

Here I am going to talk about an activity I do to keep myself fit. And That is going for a walk with my friend.

What the activity is

I go for a long walk regularly with my friend and do a little exercise daily. This activity keeps me mentally and physically fit for the next day and my overall health improves. By doing this activity I totally cut my self from work stress and I like to observe birds and nature in the park.

When and where you usually do it

We have a park with a Jogging track in our hometown and many health conscious people come here to walk and do exercise. From children to old people visit this park regularly on a daily basis. I am blessed to have such amenities in my hometown. Observing nature gives peace to my mind and watching children Playing in the evening is fun. I recall my childhood looking at them.

- Who you were with?How you do it

My close friend and I walk regularly as we have a desk job. We both need physical activity and this is the best activity to do. We discuss our ideas about different topics while walking. Sometimes we listen to music and it also helps us to walk and we do not feel tired.

- Explain why it can keep you fit.

I feel so good and relaxed after doing this activity. I have kept my body fit by doing this activity for a long time. And I am willing to continue walking for a long time.It helps me to live an active lifestyle and stay away from a sedentary lifestyle and being obaise.

Good health is the best thing one can have. People do a lot of activities like playing outdoor games and going to the gym to maintain their physical strength. It's a very part of an active lifestyle. Today Sedentary lifestyle is killing people with increasing chronic diseases so it's good to be aware and maintain physical fitness.

Here I am going to talk about an activity I do to maintain my fitness and that is swimming. 

- • What is the activity?

Swimming and playing outdoor games are the best activities one can do to maintain strength in the body and burn fat like fire. Swimming is also an important skill to learn. It provides exercise to the whole body.

- • When and where you usually do it

I go swimming at different places in my regular life. I prefer the Sports Centre near my home. There is a huge swimming pool I visit every Sunday with my friends. And when I visit my home town I never forget to take a bath in the river. It's the place where I learnt how to swim. And I love to swim in the river.

- • How you do it

Swimming doesn't require any special Preparation we just need a swimsuit and a waterbody to swim. I know different styles of swimming. I practice regularly. We friends play games in the pool. This activities keep us fit and healthy.

- • Explain why it can keep your fit

Swimming is an activity that requires a lot of energy and one needs to literally carry one's own body on hands and leg movements so it gives good exercise. Head movements in water helps to keep our shoulders strong. Regular Swimming and a balanced diet can make anyone fit and healthy.

Old people in my country do many things to give themselves fit they do yoga and meditation to keep their mental health right and the other thing is they go regularly on walk and they do jogging to keep their physical body fit they also do cardio exercises like skipping and swimming this really makes them fit in their old age.

In India sports are very popular. In fact , people love to play and watch outdoor sports, especially cricket and football. Kabaddi is a very popular game in India. People like to watch and play them. There is a huge audience of these tournaments which are very popular in my country.

3. Do you think young people should play dangerous sports?

Young people should play sports but when it comes to dangerous sports there should always avoid adventure is a good thing but if it is not done with care it can be a fatal accident and a person can lose a life if a person wants to do adventurous or dangerous sports they should take all the precautions and they should wear safety gears and proper training should be taken from the sports person who can guide them to do this activities this activity should not be done amateurly otherwise this can result into a dangerous accident and a person can harm himself or herself or others by doing this activities.

4. What else can people do to keep fit besides sports?

People can do a lot of activities to keep feet besides sports they can do gym they can do regular exercise and swimming by doing this activities they can keep themselves fit all the time and this activities do not require so much time or equipment I think so walking and jogging is the best exercise one can do regularly to keep fit beside playing sports. People can also eat a balanced diet and maintain their nutritional level to keep it.

5. What can parents do to make their children like sports?

Parents should encourage their children to play sports and they can make them aware about the benefits of sports which can provide them physical fitness and mental health by playing sport exports children can develop leadership skills strong physics and communication skills sometimes parents can also play regular games with their children so they are motivated to play games and they can watch the games on television so they get inspired to play games.
