Introduction.
Animals living beneath the water are aquatic animals and there is a whole universe under the ocean. Millions of species live in different shapes, sizes, and colours. These animals are an important part of the ecosystem and food chain. These animals depend on water for their food, shelter, reproduction and all other life activities. These animals breathe air or oxygen that has been dissolved in water by specialized organs called gills, or directly through the skin.
Main Answer.
Here I am going to talk about a wonderful looking aquatic animal. And it's a Seahorse.
- What it looks like.
Seahorses are tiny fishes that are named for the shape of their head, which looks like the head of a tiny horse. There are at least 25 species of seahorses. They are so unique in marine life they have a tail and swim upright. Their horse-like heads make them look different from other fishes.
- When you saw it.- Where you saw it.
I saw this fish in an aquarium in dubai and inquired more about it. The travel guide gave me all the important information about life, food, breading and their declining numbers. Seahorse are fun to watch as they swim in a very unique way.
- Explain why it is interesting.
The most interesting thing about Seahorses is that they engage in an eight hour courtship dance which includes spinning around, swimming side by side and changing colours. When mating, the female seahorse releases up to 50 eggs into a pouch on the male’s abdomen. The male seahorse carries the eggs in his pouch until they hatch, then releases fully formed, miniature seahorses into the water. As little as 5 or as many as 1,500 young can be born.

Follow-ups
Why do people like to keep pets?
People like to keep pets for company so they don't feel alone. Another reason is security reasons. For example dogs are faithful and protect our property.
What should we do to protect endangered animals?
First we should spread awareness regarding disturbing food chain, poaching of animals. And pollution can stop the extinction of animals. If some animals are near endangered they should be moved to a sanctuary or forest in their natural habitat and proper care should be taken.
Do you support doing experiments on animals?
No I do not support experiments as I think animals also feel pain and they also have all rights to live life. They have equal rights as we humans have to live on this planet.
What would happen when some species disappear on earth?
The food chain will get disturbed and many animals will die. Humans will also get affected due to this.
