Main Answer.

Here I am going to talk about an article I read in. Psychology Today it's a popular magazine. In this article there was in-depth information about nutrition and health management.

- What it was.

This article was about today's eating habits and increasing weight people eat for taste not for health. Food is not taken seriously in youth. Bad eating habits are turning them obeise and inviting deadly disease. Organ impairment is common nowadays.

- When you read it.-Where did you read it?

I read this a couple of days ago while traveling to a nearby city for a meeting. I was surfing the internet and I am a regular reader of health news. So I found an excellent article with facts and figures on the health of men and women, child obesity so I decided to read it for more knowledge.

- Why did you read it?

I like to keep myself updated with ongoing challenges in health. I like to promote an active lifestyle and make people aware about healthy eating, regular exercise, physical and mental health, and challenges. Health is always my area of interest. I always talk about balance diet control of sugar and salt, disease like hypertension and sugar this happens due to imbalance in nutrition.

- Why do you think it was an interesting read?

It was really interesting just because it covers valid points about today's generation and eating habits and outcomes of sedentary lifestyle, dependence on fast food and vehicles avoiding eating green vegetables. I felt everyone should read such articles for health education and to spread health awareness. Promote active lifestyle
