Introduction.

Some skills are important in life and we need to learn them. Like academic skills,sports, extracurricular activities and many more, one can be more independent with various skills. Cooking, driving,dancing, speaking languages, and swimming, are some interesting skills I think everyone should know.

Main Answer.

Here I am going to talk about communication skills which were difficult in the beginning for me.

- When you learned it.

I completed my higher education in my state and I was planning to go abroad for my further education. So I needed to take an English test for education abroad, so I decided to take some language classes to improve my English speaking skills.

- Why did you learn it?

I already had a good academic score which was enough to get me admission in the best university but for education in an international language like English. A student needs to prove their English skills in the IELTS exam. So I decided to sit the exam. And clear my language test with flying colours.

- How you learned it.

I learnt this by various methods first I improved my grammar and vocabulary then I worked on my pronunciation and with my friends I talked in English this helped me a lot. I wrote essays and read a lot of English magazines to improve my reading skills. Finally I was able to express myself clearly in English.

- How you felt when you learned it.

My hard work really paid me after proper practice and training under a pedagogical expert. I was able to understand and express myself in the best way. There was no fear and anxiety of foreign language. I cleared my language exam with a wonderful score in each module. I was happy to get a scholarship for my higher education.

1. What skills do students need to master?

Children need to master many skills during their academic life. They need to focus on interpersonal skills, leadership skills, communication skills, and coordination skills. These skills are so important for their higher education and career. With this skills they can progress individually and in groups.

2. Is it hard for students to learn new skills?

No, absolutely not learning new skills for children is existing and like adventure. They want to learn more and they have curiosity towards new things so I believe it's the best time for them to learn something new. During academic time students have nothing more important than learning new things so it's so easy to concentrate on new things.

3.It is hard for old people to learn new skills.

Yes, it's a little bit hard for them at old age. They can not focus and pay attention like a younger person so it's difficult to learn new things. Especially things related to technology, it's hard. They are not familiar with digital space and they also face language problems so it's hard for them. On the other hand, some older people are very curious, they love to learn new things so we can not age in learning. It mostly depends on the interest of an individual.

4. Is a good teacher very important for students' learning experience? Why?

Absolutely yes, a teacher plays a very crucial role in the overall development of a student. They pass important messages to students and they have to be good in understanding child psychology and conveying messages. With excellent communication skills a teacher can teach anything to a student and make him or her successful in career and life.
