People even immigrate to different countries for work and education. Changing home may be challenging and existing too. Most of the people move from the countryside to urban areas for employment, business and education purposes.
Main Answer.
Here I am going to talk about a time when we moved to a new house in an urban Area from my small hometown.
What it is like.
We moved last year to ahmedabad city and this was quite exciting for me. Our new home was an apartment on a high-rise building on 7 floor and it was beautifully designed and had all the facilities and amenities that I imagined for my new home. The Neighbourhood was also friendly. I made new friends on the first day. My new home Had an advanced security system, play area, and gym for all members of the building.
Where it would be.
Probably Ahmedabad is the best in all these areas, the livelihood is easy and comfortable in this city. It is just an ocean of opportunity in various fields. My home hometown is a small town and has limited facilities, amenities and infrastructure regarding Education, business and entertainment so my mom and sister wanted to move to an urban area to live a better life. We face problems regarding hospitals and schools in our hometown. It has only basic facilities.
Why would you like to live in this house/apartment?
This apartment has all the modern amenities one can dream of. Living in such an apartment gives us civic pride and good facilities in education and entertainment is also one reason to live here.
And how you feel about this house/apartment.
I feel so good and blessed after coming to my new home. It has played a very important role in my overall development
Part 3 - Follow-up Questions
Do most Indian people live in an apartment or house?
Indian people live according to their status. There is no general trend of living in a specific place. Commonly in the city people prefer to live in apartments and flats. Due to lack of space and population. One the other hand, in countryside and hinterland areas people live in villas and bungalows. In villages people live in old traditional houses
Would you live in a foreign country in the future?
Absolutely yes, Developed countries offer good quality of life and career progression and educational benefits. Which people struggle for in developing countries so yes. In order to improve my quality of life I would definitely take a chance to immigrate to a developed country. And expand my business and be a part of the global community.
How is modern home design in your country different to that of the past?
Modern homes are very well designed as people pay a lot of attention to the interior of houses. They have space allotted for everything. And in a small area also good interior design is done. While in the old traditional houses people had wide open spaces and the wood work done in a classic way. I believe there is no match; both are special and have their own vibes.
In your country what type of home do most people live in?
In my country most of the people live in apartments and flats as most of the people live in urban areas. Due to population there is a lack of space so skyscrapers are increasing and people live in tall buildings. In the rural areas there are old traditional Houses. With an open front yard and backyard. People living near the sea have beach houses.
