Introduction.
Walking is the best exercise one can do. It is suitable for every age group. After a tight work schedule and long lectures coming home needs rest. And we do plenty of activities like watching television,playing outdoor and indoor games, listening to music and many more. Children love to play outdoor and indoor games. While working professionals prefer to relax, go for a walk or listen to music.

Main Answer.
Here I am going to talk about an activity I do after work/ school. That is going for a walk with my friend.
- When this happened
I go for a long walk regularly with my friend and do a little exercise daily. This activity keeps me mentally and physically fit for the next day and my overall health improves. By doing this activity I totally cut my self from work stress and I like to observe birds and nature in the park.
- Where you walked.
We have a park with a Jogging track in our hometown and many health conscious people come here to walk and do exercise. From children to old people visit this park regularly on a daily basis. I am blessed to have such amenities in my hometown. Observing nature gives peace to my mind and watching children Playing in the evening is fun. I recall my childhood looking at them.
- Who you were with?
My close friend and I walk regularly as we have a desk job. We both need physical activity and this is the best activity to do. We discuss our ideas about different topics while walking. Sometimes we listen to music and it also helps us to walk and we do not feel tired.
- And explain how you felt about this walk?
I feel so good and relaxed after doing this activity. I have kept my body fit by doing this activity for a long time. And I am willing to continue walking for a long time.It helps me to live an active lifestyle and stay away from a sedentary lifestyle and being obaise.

1. What outdoor activities do people like?
I think mostly people like to go for a run or walk in the park because these activities can be doneeasily and do not require any monetary investment. But lately, many people have also startedcycling especially in my city specially after the covid lock downs. I think people are becoming moreconscious about their fitness.
2. What are the differences between the outdoor activities children did in the past and now?
Children used to play simple games like hide and seek, tag and running in the park but nowadayschildren are more inclined towards professional sports they love to play soccer, cricket or somechildren go for skating practice.
3. Is leisure important to everyone? why?
Well it is important for everyone to spend some time on entertainment and one should definitelytake a break during the day because in today’s hectic style the brain definitely deserves some rest.People should spend time rejuvenating so that they can concentrate or focus better on their taskslater on.
4. Do women have more leisure than men?
I don’t think Leisure has got anything to do with the gender of a person. It purely depends upon an individual’s personality, some people like to work hard whereas others like to spend more time in entertaining themselves. In fact, at my home my mother and father, who are both working, spendan equal amount of time on leisure activities.
