Everybody needs motivation when they feel low in life and encouragement is most important when someone is demotivated. Parents, teachers, motivational speakers encourage people to work hard and complete their dreams. I always received motivation from my father and I have always encouraged my siblings when they needed it.
Main Answer.
Here I am going to talk about a time when I encouraged my sister to take part in the school annual day celebration.
- Who he or she is
She is my younger sister Jenny and we have a very strong bonding. I really like to take care of her as an elder brother. I help her in academics, sports, learning skills, or any other extra curricular activities.
- What you encouraged him/her to do
I know that she is an excellent dancer and she performs different styles of dance forms at home. I enjoy watching her dance at home. She was refusing to take part in a school dance competition and she was not sure about her participation so I pushed her to take part and motivated her to take part. And finally she took park and won the competition.
- How he/she reacted.
When she won the competition and she was awarded a prize she thanked me in front of the whole school and I was feeling proud as a brother that I motivated her to achieve this success.
- And explain why you encouraged him/her
I always had faith in her skills and dedication in work. I knew that she only needs confidence so I gave her that I made sure she performs without fear and she can do anything she wants.

Yes, leaders definitely encourage their employees to get their best performance. They give them perks,bonus, incentive to work hard and give excellent output.

Parents should encourage their children when they feel low or demotivated. Parents are the one who know when their children are not performing well so they should encourage their children.
What kind of encouragement should parents give?
Parents can give rewards to their children as encouragement and they can say some good words to boost confidence in their children.
Do you think some people are better at persuading others?
Yes, people with knowledge and experience are good at motivating others; they can convince others with their communication skills and encourage them to achieve their goals with their knowledge.
