Doing a favourite job gives job satisfaction and leads to career progression. There are many white collar and blue collar Jobs that people do and they earn their livelihood. If one gets their favourite job then it's easy to progress and they can contribute positively to their organisation and society in positive terms.

Here I would like to talk about my favourite job and that is to teach students.
- What is it ?
Job of a teacher is a very important job in society and they are respected in the community. They prepare students for the future so they contribute to nation building.
Teaching is also considered as a Noble profession.
- How did you know it?
My mother is a teacher so from my childhood I have grown up near teacher's and I know all teachers in my mother's school. I get inspired from them when I see them teaching. And I always dreamt about being a teacher like my mother.
- What is it like?
It's an interesting job but one needs to be responsible for the job. Handling a large number of students is not an easy job and making sure everyone pays attention in class and learns everything. Sometimes students' behaviour is mischievous and teachers need to be strict with them.
- And explain why you think it is perfect?
It is a perfect job as it requires half a day of work and teachers get all benefits like perks,bonus,and rewards from the government. And they contribute to nation building and they make future citizen's so I believe their job is important.

Absolutely yes, as I finish my master degree I will enroll myself for PhD and along with my studies I will like to teach students in college.
Which occupation should be given a better pay?
I believe all the occupations which deal directly with people should get high pay like police, teachers, doctors, traffic police,nurses,cleaners, this people play important role in society so they should get a higher pay.
Is being rich a good thing?
Definitely yes, with money one can help others and live a fantastic lifestyle. And complete all his or her dreams.
Do you think people should save for the future?
Yes saving is very good if one saves money for the future then that money can be used on a rainy day. Like a medical emergency,or children's education buying a property. Or one can also help others in difficult times.
What makes a person choose a job apart from the pay it offers?
Job satisfaction is one thing that inspires a person to work without thinking of money. And if one learns a lot at work and gets other benefits then people would like to work without considering money.
