This really disconnects us from the real world and makes us totally engrossed in the game. Playing sports helps to strengthen our physical and mental strength while watching it also can give an adrenaline rush if the game reaches a tough competition. - What it is Here I am going to talk about football and it's my most favorite game all over the world and people are die hard fans of this game. In my country India people are cricket fans they enjoy playing and watching cricket and football is less played compared to cricket. - When you watched it. I am a cricket fan and I have played this game regularly since my childhood. Introduction

Business and job is an individual's choice, some prefer to do a job and stay limited. While others want to explore and have the guts to do business. And success comes to those who work hard.


Here I am going to talk about a diamond company located in our hometown. It is a successful small business. 


In my hometown we have a diamond company which deals in diamond cutting and polishing.

This company imports raw diamonds from abroad and the further process happens in this company


This company employs a huge number of employees from our home town. It offers job progression,perks,bonus and is insensitive to employees; this motivates them to work hard and get more output.


Employers motivate employees every year by arranging. On going training, on the job training, and financial benefits to employees.


This company is located near my house and many friends work here so I know about it well.


I have heard a lot of success stories about this company and many happy employees speak about it.
