Introduction

We can do wonders if we have a strong team anywhere in any field. teamwork improves coordination, cooperation, interpersonal,and leadership skills. When you are a part of a strong team you feel the heat and perform well. Outdoor sports are played in teams and a mentally and physically strong team is required.

Main Answer

Here I am going  to talk about my experience as a team member of a cricket tournament organized by our city council.

Me and my fellow members  were selected in one team and played a series of matches with our competitor company. This match was really very important to show our game and the strength of our organization.

I was playing in the middle order and secured a good score for our team each time my fellow members also did well and gave a high score to chase everytime. 

 

We all were playing for our organization so cooperation with each other was perfect and this coordination between players made things in our favour. Our captain showed good leadership and gave equal chances to each player to give his best.

Our opponent team was also doing well. So we enjoyed playing I saw sportsman Sprite in each player of both team and this made games interesting

End of the game our hard work and planning paid off.we won the series of matches and became champions this was the movement to celebrate both the teams congratulated each other at the end.

Finally, it was a marvelous experience for me.
