Main Answer.

Here I am going to talk about the most difficult decision I made regarding my health and It was about my weight loss.

- What the decision was.

I used to live a complete sedentary lifestyle which included eating fast foods and ready to eat meals. And playing video games due to less movement and physical exercise I became obaise and my weight reached above a hundred and I started facing difficulty in my health. This was the first sign of my difficulty and with good advice from health experts I started taking necessary steps.

- When you made the decision

I made this decision when I consulted  My family doctor. He advised me to live an active lifestyle and eat a balanced diet on a regular basis and he also gave me a strict health regime to follow. Food is my weakness and to stay away from my favourite dishes is near to impossible for me. But for the sake of my health I agreed to do all whatever is needed. I was advised to do swimming and regular physical exercise which was difficult in the beginning. With the right motivation I was able to do it.

- How long did it take you to make the decision?

It took a very short time when I realised my health was deteriorating . I immediately took this decision with the advice of my friends and relatives.

- And explain why it was a difficult decision to make.

It was really a very different decision as I needed to follow a diet plan and strict regime to exercise and This resulted in a miracle and I was feeling the change. Before I had difficulty walking and after I was running my bones and muscles became stronger. I was feeling confident again and even started taking part in outdoor games. Which improved my socialization and I made new friends on the ground. So this was the most difficult thing that I did and completed with great success. I was feeling proud of myself for doing this for my health.
